These terms govern your use of the Casuals by Caleb website and any order you place with us. By browsing the site or sending us an order, you agree to these terms. They are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2012.

How ordering works

Casuals by Caleb sells through WhatsApp. You browse the website, add items to your bag, and tap Order on WhatsApp, which opens a chat with your order pre-filled. There is no online payment. Your message is an enquiry — an order is only confirmed once we reply to confirm stock, price and delivery or pickup. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is out of stock or a pricing error has occurred.

Prices & payment

Prices are shown in Kenyan Shillings (Ksh) and may change without notice. Payment is made directly to us on delivery or at collection, by the method we agree on WhatsApp. We do not collect card or bank details through this website.

Products & photography

We aim to describe and photograph products accurately. Colours may appear slightly different on different screens. Stock is limited and availability is confirmed when you order.

Delivery & collection

Delivery within Nairobi and countrywide by courier is arranged and confirmed with you on WhatsApp, including timing and any delivery cost. Collection is available at Nairobi, Kenya — Elegant Mall, Moi Avenue, Shop C10.

Returns & exchanges

If an item is faulty, not as described, or the wrong size or colour was supplied, contact us on WhatsApp at +254 115 169054 promptly and we will arrange a replacement, exchange or refund in line with your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2012. Please keep items unworn and in their original condition.

Authenticity

Every pair we sell is sourced and inspected for authenticity before it ships.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose. The brand names, logos, content and images on this site are the property of their respective owners and may not be copied without permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Casuals by Caleb is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be excluded under Kenyan law.
